The population of the group of communities is near 8,200, with the majority of residents being homeowners.

The location of these communities is perfect for access to various areas around the city, via the adjacent Anthony Henday Drive ring road, including St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, Sherwood Park, and all regions around the outskirts of the city including extensive industrial employment areas and the CFB Edmonton at Namao. 97 Street also offers a quick commute to downtown Edmonton.

Nearby shopping can be found at the Eaux Claires shopping centre, which offers a full range of grocery, food, coffee, banks, services, and big box stores. Other community-level conveniences can be found within the communities of Chambery, Elsinore, Canossa, and Rapperswill.

Several parks, natural areas, and ponds can be found within these communities, and the Baturyn School, St. Charles Catholic Elementary School, St. Lucy Catholic School, and Dunluce School are found within the communities or nearby, as well as numerous churches.
