About Chambery Homes For Sale

There is around 300 homes in Chambery, the vast majority of which are detached single-family homes. These homes are, in general, quite spacious, with most homes exceeding 2,000 square feet. There are also a few duplexes in the Chambery real estate market. Because Chambery is still a relatively new neighbourhood, construction on residential homes didn't begin until the late 1980s and many of the homes for sale in Chambery weren't built until the 2000s. Naturally, this makes Chambery real estate particularly popular among families looking for a newer home with modern design features.

What many residents also love about Chambery homes for sale is that they have easy access to CFB Edmonton at Namao, as well as 97 Street NW and Anthony Henday Drive. From most homes, it takes about 20 to 25 minutes to drive downtown via 97 Street. You can also drive to the nearest business district in 5 minutes, where you'll find multiple grocery stores, banks, and restaurants, among other popular retailers.
