These communities lie north of the busy 137th Ave, between 97th Street and 50th Street. These communities are established, dating back to the 1970s. The neighbourhoods include Evansdale, Northmount, Kilkenny, Kildare, McLeod, Casselman, York and Steele Heights. The area has great access to downtown using either driving down Street, 82nd Street or using the LRT from the nearby Clareview Station.

SCHOOLS
This community has eight public elementary schools, and three Catholic elementary schools. There is a public library to the north of the community in Londonerry Mall. The high schools for both school boards are at the western end of the community.

SHOPPING
Shopping in the area is centred around the larger Londonderry Mall, with some activity along 97 Street on the west (including two smaller malls).

RECREATION
The community has a number of recreational facilities around the LaZerte Composite High School, including an indoor ice arena, an indoor pool, and a running track. There are also large park areas around the community.
